I
think I just heard the term "glamping" two years ago when we held
outbound activities in the Ciater area, Subang Regency, West Java. The
experience of staying in glamping is one of the exciting moments to
enjoy natural stays that we rarely enjoy.
Glamping
Glamping, or glamour camping,
is known as a modern travel concept that combines camping activities
with hotel-style lodging facilities so that comfort when camping, such as
water, electricity, and a bathtub (hot water), remains fulfilled.
Although it seems ‘wow’ because it is not much different from staying at a hotel, Menong’s friends can still enjoy the sensation of camping because glamping is usually done in the middle of the outdoors that are exciting and full of adventure.
I
myself am not a fan of outdoor activities, so the camping
activities I have participated in can be counted with fingers—no more
than 10 numbers. Alhamdulillah, at the end of 2021, I can feel the thrill
of glancing at Miracle Signature Hills Sari Ater, not far from the City
of Bandung.
Miracle Signature Hills Sari Ater
Miracle
Signature Hills Sari Ater is located in the Nagrak area, Kec. Ciater,
Subang Regency, West Java 41281. Friends Menong must have known the
tourist destination of Sari Ater Subang hot springs located at the foot
of Tangkuban Perahu mountain, precisely in Ciater Village, Ciater
District, Subang Regency, West Java.
Miracle
Signature Hills Sari Ater is one hour from Gedung Sate Bandung over a
regular road so that travel time can change depending on the condition
of the road and is relatively faster on a normal day.
The main gate of Sari Ater or Sari Ater Hot Spring Resort, is the gateway to Miracle Signature Hills Sari Ater. Of course it is not surprising because in this area there are many lodgings or hotels that provide natural or artificial hot water facilities and friends in Menong can rent in person or as a group.
As well as lodging in Garut
in general, lodging around Sari Ater Resort is in the form of a simple
wooden-walled building that provides a bathroom with hot water that can
be used for soaking or just a regular bath.
The gate of Miracle Signature Hills Sari Ater is not so visible from the highway. In addition, a slightly steep turn requires additional expertise for motorists. The car of one of our friends almost toppled when it was about to turn out the gate. Thankfully, some other friends rushed to help so that there was no other incident.
The streets in the glamping area are designed to be rocky, aka not paved with uphill contours, but still safe to pass.
The
receptionist is located in a glass-walled building that looks beautiful
with a modern design with a lot of area. A wooden swing chair is
located in a corner that guests can use. When Menong’s friends come in
groups, the lobby cannot load guests in large numbers so that the
division of room keys is done in the restaurant.
Glamping Room
I
was blown away when I saw a row of glamping rooms in these Miracle
Signature Hills. Not only because I first got the experience of staying
in glamping, but I also like the natural feel of a wooden building that
dominates a lot. I’m also excited about the room we’re going to live in.
