This
year has been a year of happiness for our family. One of our cousins
intends to give up his single life. We are looking for a cheap and
affordable wedding venue for a place of Thanksgiving from the wedding
that will be held.
City Edge, Bandung
Not many people know about the tourist destination with the concept of city parks and children-friendly areas covering 5 hectares. It is located on Jl. Golfer, Sukamiskin,
Kec. Arcamanik, Bandung, not far from West Java Sport Center. The
entrance is cheap, only Rp. 10,000 with a 330-ml mineral water bonus
that you can take a friend to redeem for an entrance ticket.
Menong
friends can choose the City Edge as a wedding venue. One of the buildings is in the form of a joglo with a rental fee of Rp. 10,000,000 for a
capacity of 400 people with special toilet facilities, VIP rooms,
umbrella table chairs, and electricity (excluding sound systems). Menong
friends are allowed to use catering from the outside because the menu on
the City Edge is only a simple menu, which is less suitable for parasmen. There is also a cheaper rental fee for smaller capacity.
This
half-open area is indeed interesting if Menong friends want to carry
semi-outdoors. The parking lot is also super spacious, so it can
accommodate many vehicles. It's just that, in times of hot weather,
Menong's friends may be a little uncomfortable. In addition, because the
area is still open to other visitors, privacy will be difficult to
maintain.
Kedai Selasih, Bandung
The
store is located at Jl. Cikutra Baru VI No. 34, Neglasari, Kec. Cibeunying
Kaler, Bandung, and is located not far from Cikutra Heroes Cemetery Park.
Selasih Shop has been around since 1996 and is known as a place for affordable young people to hang out.
Parking can accommodate many vehicles. The use of the venue for the wedding is divided into two indoor venue options: indoor (top floor) and outdoor (park). It’s just that the event is limited to 4 hours with two
options: 08.00–12.00 or 09.00–13.00 WIB or 14.00–15.00–19.00
WIB. This is a little difficult for Menong friends who want to use the
venue for longer. The Selasih store also sets the time for decorating
and using audio. Please ask in advance for more information.
Facilities
provided include venues, parasmanic equipment, cutlery, hygiene, 16,000
watts of electricity, invited guest chairs, security, generators, make-up rooms, parasmanan, and licensing teams. But this facility is charged
outside the price of the menu ordered. Menong friends should also rent
speakers, fstile, and operators to be used.
In terms of menu, Kedai Selasih serves a variety of Indonesian and Western foods with a fairly good taste.
Roemah K-Ve, Cimahi
This
place was accidentally met during the afternoon walk to check the
location of KUA. Roemah K-Ve is located on Jl. Martanegara Dowry No. 229,
Main, Kec. Cimahi Cell., Cimahi City—not far from the Baros toll
gate. I myself love its glass-dominated design that features a contemporary, spacious, and clean impression.
Roemah
K-Ve can accommodate up to 70 people in indoor areas and 40 people in
the outdoor area. The indoor area is a menu booking area, cashier, and
kitchen. A clean toilet and mushola, as well as every Instagrammable
angle, make us fall in love at first sight. Menong's friends do not need
to decorate the room because it already looks beautiful.
Place or rental audio (sound system and mic)
can be rented for free, with no time limit and minimum amount of food. It’s
just that if the number of guests is not too much, public guests can
join in an indoor area that makes us uncomfortable. In addition, the
cafe is open at 10:00 WIB, so it is not so practical if Menong’s friends
will start the event in the morning.
The
menu available is the current menu at an affordable price and served in
a box. The menu is ordered online by WhatsApp. We also thought about
the speed to entertain an elder with a serving of rice boxes like that.
We
also try to order a certain menu that we will choose later.
Unfortunately, the serving time for the menu of 1 serving of fried
chicken and tofu takes quite a long time, kurleb 15 minutes.
Imagine if there were 50 servings of menus that we would order. It feels
like it’s done when it’s normal.
Sunda Rice Stall Warung
Sunda
Nikmat Rice stall is in the area of the gas station, Jl. Raya Barat No. 698, Padasuka, Kec. Cimahi Tengah, Cimahi City. This stall includes a
much-loved Indonesian restaurant. From the menu list, Menong friends can
enjoy typical Sundanese dishes with a variety of menus served in the
parasman.
In
terms of price, dishes per serving are priced at a price that is not
said to be cheap because the taste is also quite good. Minimum booking
of transactions for wedding venues: Rp. 1,750,000.
Venue
wedding Sunda Nikmat provides free place facilities for the first 4
hours (calculated from starting the event) and charges Rp. 2,050,000
until the event is over, a maximum of 19.30. The venue provides a free sound system plus a small stage. It’s just that the venue area is not limited to bulkheads so privacy is not maintained.
Although
the restaurant is open from 7:00 WIB, another thing that is considered
is the position of the restaurant on the 2nd floor, which will make it
difficult for the elderly who cannot climb the stairs, and parking lots
are limited because it is fused with the gas station.
Bento Kopi
Bento Kopi, which we choose, is located on Jl. HR. Danurasmaya, Cibabat, Kec. Cimahi
Utara, Cimahi City, which is often used for official and casual events by
government agencies such as weddings, reunions, birthdays, and others.
Extensive parking can be a consideration.
The cafe area is in the form of a rectangular room with an elongated wooden bench that is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. Among friends who need a venue with a stage, they can use an outdoor area with a capacity of 250 people.
The
type of menu does include content that is less suitable to the official
event and is presented in the box. Bento Cafe offers a free venue for
the first 2 hours and will then charge Rp. 50,000 (for orders <
50 pax) and Rp. 100,000 (for orders > 100 pax) with a free sound system.
Dishes can be served using a plate / rice bowl, depending on the menu chosen.
If
Menong’s friends intend to rent a place, Bento Kopi gives a rate of Rp.
1,000,000/hour (catering and decoration free from the outside). If you
want more privacy, the minimum order is 200 pax.
Of
the five wedding venues we surveyed, we weighed the plusses and minuses
of each place. And the most important thing is that it is tailored to the available
funds, and the initial intention is a simple wedding event. Which place did we finally choose? We handed it back to Arsas and Dria.
