Top 5 Favorite Vacation Spots

As a true Bolanger, exploring new places is my hobby when I have the opportunity to go on business trips outside the region or spend time with Zauji. Of the several places I visited, there were several places that were my and Zauji's favorites. Here are the top 5 favorite vacation spots.

Raja Ampat

The Ultimate Pristine Paradise in West Papua really fascinates me. Desperate to be alone among other traveling groups, the amount of money I spent was commensurate with the experience I got. Some of my friends really dream of being able to go to Raja Ampat . When I arrived there, I began to understand why Raja Ampat is the belle of a domestic or foreign tourist destination. The beautiful view of the sea is incomparable, like a heavenly view to the eyes of the world.

Raja Ampat deserves to be pinned as the most favorite tourist destination of all time. It's just that the high cost of transportation is an obstacle for Menong's friends.

Yogyakarta

I don't know how many times I have visited this beautiful city.
Yogyakarta makes anyone fall in love on their first visit and 'charges' them to come back. In this city, I still dare to hang out alone around the city, only being friends with online motorcycle taxi drivers. Menong's friends can also be backpackers with minimal funds. I've used the train or bus to get to Yogyakarta. The ritual that I always do is hunting for batik at Hamzah Mirota, buying bakpia, and hanging out pretty around Malioboro. Don't forget Parangtritis Beach in the south of Yogyakarta.

Malang

Malang reminds me of my beloved city of Bandung. The weather and atmosphere are just like my hometown. In the city of Malang and its surroundings, I had the opportunity to visit many tourist attractions in only one city. It's not enough to explore this city in one day. The most exciting experience I had was during a tour exploring Mount
Bromo. The drowsiness of having to wake up at 1am paid off with a beautiful view like a painting. Again, I understand why many foreign tourists fall in love with exploring Indonesia. This country never lacks charm.

Maybe there is one thing that I have always wanted to try in Malang, namely trying the original Malang meatballs in the city of Malang, and Alhamdulillah, I had the opportunity to try one of the famous Malang meatballs with the sensation of the roar of the train.

ketapang, West Kalimantan

Far away on the island of Borneo, there are pearls of tourist destinations that really deserve a thumbs up. Ketapang is
45 minutes away by plane or 10 hours by road. Located on the banks of the Pawan River, Menong friends are pampered with historical tours and unique natural attractions plus a variety of culinary delights dominated by seafood specialties. I was served with spicy and sour fish and stir-fried ferns that I had never encountered in West Java.

There's something else I really like. Traditional houses are still often found in Ketapang, so we can feel the sensation of a typical Kalimantan wooden house.

Makassar

Makassar is probably the city outside Java that I visit the most. Apart from famous tourist destinations such as Losari Beach and Fort Rotterdam, I enjoy culinary tours, all of which suit my tongue. Even though it is dominated by spicy flavors, for me, Makassar's culinary specialties are some of my favorites, especially grilled konro. Makassar is a big city in eastern Indonesia, but the combination of history still doesn't leave the impression of the grandeur of the past

Waaah, do you miss it?

Hopefully there will be an opportunity to return to the top 5 favorite vacation spots when the pandemic subsides.
